The course - Redstone golf resort is located in a stunning alpine valley in Rossland, BC. Developers Robert Felsch and Cary Fisher are working with renowned golf course architect Les Furber to turn the existing historic front nine into a championship 18 which will open in 2008. Shaping and irrigation work has been completed on the new back nine, and 4 out of 10 new holes have been seeded. Seeding on the remaining 6 holes will completed in the spring of 2007. The new championship 18 and driving range will open for play in 2008, with the existing front nine opening for play in April of 2007.

Location - Rossland is located 10km north of the Washington State/ BC border, a 7 hour drive or one hour flight from Calgary, AB and Vancouver, BC and a 2.5 hour drive north of Spokane, Wa. The area is serviced by a regional airport 25 minutes away with daily flights to Vancouver and Calgary. Spokane airport is a 2.5 hour drive away.
Real estate - Redstone alpine golf resort is a six Phase resort community development consisting of: an equal mix of single family redsidential lots, alpine craftsman style homes, townhomes and condominuims. Our first Phase offering of 88 single family residential lots is over 90% sold, and our Phase II offering of 2 bedroom, 2 bath fairway-side townhomes will be announced shortly.
