This is just one of the delightful specials we have at the Redstone Clubhouse. But this Saturday is going to be special. We are doing a little experiment. Have you heard of the 100 mile diet? We are so lucky in our little part of the world. Eating healthy is easy with the bountiful markets and organic farmers within a 100 miles of Redstone. We have decided to do a locally grown and raised Saturday Special at the restaurant. They have chosen beautiful organic fresh greens all purchased at our local Rossland Market and have purchased Lamb from a local farmer in Creston. They are putting together the first Redstone Locally grown organic Saturday Special. This Saturday’s special will be a Lamb Burger with fresh greens. So come on down to the clubhouse and enjoy a wonderful locally grown, fresh and organic meal! See you there.
